But separately, Minister of Communication and Information (Menkominfo) Rudiantara said he had contacted Instagram to block the @alpantuni account.
"The Ministry of Communication and Information has been contacting Instagram since last Sunday, we have contacted it several times and I have checked that Alpatuni has no content," Rudiantara said on Wednesday. ).
In addition, he repeatedly asked to block the @alpantuni account with Instagram.
The @alpantuni account has been debated around the description of the "Gay Muslim Comics" account and contains comic content about a gay Muslim.
Under Article 27 (1) of the ITE Act, any person is prohibited intentionally and without right to disseminate and / or transmit and / or provide access to electronic information and / or electronic documents the content of which is contrary to dignity.
Although included in the Instagram guidelines, this does not include a ban on LGBT content distribution, even though it still prohibits the provision of sexual services and moral content.
